Today's field trip, we retrace my old steps through Ponsonby, only to be redirected so we could stay on track.

Today's chat covers the idea of keeping the course, even when you're being redirected. Some thoughts to consider during this full moon:
Reflect on where you've been and refocus on where you're going. Figure out your why!
Be open to new experiences and have no expectations. Open the door you're curious about.
How can you find flow in the structure, and structure in the flow of life? They're two sides of the same coin.

And final notes, set up a daily gratitude practice and buy yourself some flowers :)
