In this video, I will be talking a LOT about the Tom Ferry program. I got on the program about a year ago and it’s been a game changer for me and the team I manage. Prior to joining the program I got hooked up with a tool of a coach and I was extremely skeptical about jumping back into bed with another coach. What I did know, I really needed some more guidance and I felt like I was spinning my wheels way more than I had too. So, after a ton of research I ended up on the Tom Ferry program. I'm a Fan!

Ultimately, you get what you put in on any program. I could have done a lot better with my crappy coach…but it sure is easier when you are teamed up with a top producing program
