The fight's a visual splendor, but Utsuho's a tough boss here. However it's also quite the short battle so if things go south you can easily and quickly restart to try it again. It's all about practice and memorizing the best ways to go about everything coming at you. Like other scripts by DryTheMeowstic however you do have unlimited lives here. So long as you keep pressing L you can give yourself lives.
