DATING IN FRANCE vs USA 🇫🇷🇺🇸 | American Living in French Countryside | ps: why i'm single... part 1

What's up fellow CITIZENS of the WORLD!? In today's video I'm sharing the differences between dating in the States and in France based on my own personal experiences....SPOILER ALERT: The dating cultures between the two are VERY different!

Here are the three biggest dating cultural differences I have encountered, including some unknown relationships 😅!

Dating Stages:
American = "Seeing Someone", "Dating", then "In a Relationship"
French Dating Stages= If you commit to second date, then you're basically going to stop seeing other people.

Kiss on first date:
American way = You're testing if there is a spark.
French way = It means a lot, and shows you're interested in dating them exclusively.

Asking someone out:
America = Super easy to ask someone out anywhere, even if you just met.
France = Perhaps you can exchange instagram, snap, fb....but if they don't know you, they won't be quick to give out their number, or accept the date offer. You'll have to get to know them via text/chat first....and then maybe they will accept the date.
