Jibing for Dummies - Jibe / Gybe Tutorial - Wingfoiling

Learn how to jibe from someone that isn't good at jibing... me. Footage is broken up into chapters so you can skip to the parts you need. With these 4 basic types of gybes you can mow the lawn and surf till the cows come home. Demonstrations are with footstraps, but you can apply all of the concepts without footstraps and it's easier!
