The new It Cosmetics Miracle Water 3 in 1 Glow Tonic and Micellar Cleanser is an okay option if you are looking for a product that will act as a second cleanser and it can also act as a very mild exfoliator. This definitely contains some great ingredients- I am just a little bummed that they are all at the bottom of the ingredient list. I do recommend that if you are looking to use this as a micellar cleanser to rinse afterwards if at all possible. You don't want the broken down cosmetics, oil, and great sitting on your skin.
