GRIEVING PET DOG WAITS FOR OWNER KILLED ON MONDAY NIGHT

Killy Killy's autopsy was stopped at Mt. Hope and referred to the Forensic Sciences Center in St. James.

A pathologist at Mt. Hope Hospital on Thursday, April 3rd, 2025, halted an autopsy being conducted on the body of 59-year-old Eddison Garraway, also known as Killy Killy and Buju.

Killy Killy, a street dweller, was found dead and partially submerged inside a drain off the Uriah Butler Highway in Chaguanas, near Bhagwansingh's Hardware, on Monday, March 31st, 2025.

Even though his cause of death was not classified, the pathologist observed certain suspicious injuries on the victim's body and referred it for a forensic autopsy on Friday, April 4th, 2025.

His pet dog, Colors, was found at the scene near a trolly his owner would transport him in and around the Chaguanas Borough.

Colors was rescued on Tuesday night from the scene and taken to a pet sanctuary in Chickland Freeport where he's being cared for.

Killy Killy was originally from the Point Fortin community, and his tragic end, along with his dog's loyalty, has touched the hearts of many.

A well-known street-dweller, known by the alias "Killy," was tragically struck and killed on Monday, March 31st, 2025. while walking along the southbound lane near Bhagwansingh's Hardware in Chaguanas.

Killy was a familiar figure in the community, often seen pushing a trolley through the streets with his pet dog perched on top. The loyal animal has remained by the trolley.

Concerned animal lovers have taken to social media, urgently seeking assistance to ensure the dog’s safety before it wanders into traffic.
