How to Change Xbox One Analog Stick Tension - XB1

How to change the tension of the Xbox One controller analog stick, we have tension springs ranging from 10 gram till 200 gram.
Our springs will only fit original Xbox One analog stick modules, so no aftermarket modules due to the fact these can have shorter springs inside.
Higher tension can be great for aiming in FPS games or racing games.
Note that replacing these springs is not advised for beginners. Some soldering skills are needed.
