How the flat stamping machine works:
Plug in the machine's power and air supply, then press the power button on the control panel.
A green light means power is connected.
Press the machine's start button to get it ready for printing.
Manually load the items to be stamped into the machine's hopper, which then moves them to the vibrating disc for sorting.
The items are carried by an air track to a moving board, where a robot arm picks them up and places them onto a rotating table with special holders.
The table moves the items through different stages: stamping, plasma treatment, more stamping, heat transfer, the robot removes them, and they slide down a stainless steel chute.
The whole top stamping process is automatic. A PLC controller keeps the machine running smoothly and efficiently without stopping.
