2012 - 2016 Chevrolet Sonic GM Factory Fog Lights Option Unboxing, Installation & BCM Programming

This video describes the unboxing and installation of the GM factory original front fascia / bumper cover mounted fog lights accessory option kit 95950429 for the 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 first generation Chevrolet Sonic models (both sedan and hatchback). The OEM kit requires programming to activate the fog lights operationally, and we go over the complete GM Service Programming System (SPS) programming procedures for the Body Control Module (BCM). The vehicle shown in the video is a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic LT sedan.

WARNING: The GM kit described in this video is ONLY designed for use on the Chevrolet Sonic. Other GM vehicle models are electrically and mechanically incompatible with this fog light option.

NOTE:
You must not lose the authorization code sheet included in the kit box or you will not be able to activate the BCM option to enable fog light operation on the Sonic models. If your GM box is missing this code sheet, return it to where you bought it.
