In this tutorial, we are going to create a new Traffic Incidents screen in MyTransportApp. This screen is going to show all the incidents on the roads in Singapore, including heavy traffic, accidents, road work, etc. When you click on the marker, you will get a pop up menu with the information of the incident.

1. How to send a GET request to LTA Datamall to get the incidents data.
2. How to create Incidents Mapview and get min and max latitude and longtitude in the user window.
3. How to create different classes of incident marker on the Mapview.
4. How to create Pop Up Menu and MD Dialog that shows the details of the incident.
5. How to create a GPS Helper to initiate the GPS Blinker, center the Incident Mapview and alert user to turn on GPS
