I visited Eataly in Los Angeles again and got my favorite pasta! Yay! I don't have time for myself, let alone making a lasagna from scratch. Instead I took all the ingredients and dumped into a sauteed pan with the lasagna noodles and called it a day! Enjoy! Bon appétit! 😋

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pound ground beef
1 jar (45 ounces) Traditional Italian tomato sauce
12 cooked lasagna noodles, drained
12 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese (about 3 cups)
