This video with show you both how to reach the Consecrated Snowfield area, as well as show you how to get the Haligtree Secret Medallion, which you will need to get there.

To get to Consecrated Snowfield, you will need the Haligtree Secret Medallion. Start at Laskyar Ruins Site of Grace in Liurnia, and head west. Just keep travelling west toward the large rock formation in the distance.

When you reach Village of the Albinaurics, you will need to find a large jar, which will turn into a man when you hit it. That man will give you the Haligtree Secret Medallion (Right). You may want to kill the enemy in the area because he can kill the man. However if the man dies he will still drop the medallion, so it's not that big of a problem if he does.

The second half of the medallion is at Castle Sol in Mountaintops of the Giants. From the Castle Sol Main Gate Site of Grace, you will need to travel upstairs towards Church of the Eclipse. Here you will need to fight Commander Niall. He is a rather difficult boss fight, so be prepared. From there it is only a short distance to the Haligtree Secret Medallion (Left).

Once you have the Medallion, go to the Grand Lift of Rold. You're now ready to travel through the "Hidden Path to the Haligtree" to the Consecrated Snowfield. On the platform, select "Hoist secret medallion."

After the cutscene, simply travel through the "Hidden Path to the Haligtree" and you'll reach the Consecrated Snowfield area.
