Slowly building my Gotham Steel arsenal
My mom gifted me a Gotham Steel pan and since then, I've been purchasing various versions and sizes of the pans that I knew I would use and discarding my old pots and pans one by one. This was the largest Gotham Steel pan I was interested in because of my penchant for loving soups and stews. I also love to make the most of one meal and have leftovers. Admittedly, I don't use the fry basket but apart from that, I use this pan at least once a week for a large meal. If you take care of the pan properly (don't scratch the surface, wash gently, and don't use super-high heat), it'll last ages, which mine has done so far.
