This is the story of a rich millionaire Sheth Dhanraj having wife Durga who waits for the death of her husband, His big son Ram, Who is a gambler and drunker. Dhanraj has daughter Muni who does not like her father. Dhanraj fells ill and he is looked after his servant Ramu. Ramu's, daughter becomes lawyer with the help of Sheth Dhanraj blessings. Ramu's daughter goes for holidays to her uncle's house there she meets Krishna who lives with his mother. Krishna is uneducated and leads simple life, in that village they meet each other and fall in love. Ramu brings message that Sheth Dhanraj is dead hearing this news Krishna's mother is also dies. Krishna's mother was Sheth Dhanraj's first wife and Krishna is his real son. Krishna becomes the Varasdaar (owner) of all the property of Sheth Dhanraj.
