Only happens on certain games.

It seems to be Coil whine.
usually the noise is caused by heavy load of the graphics card and it does nothing to the performance. Also you can check this by using the card at low load.
coil whine is a problem for everyone, it's annoying but unfortunately that it is a complex problem and so far have yet to develop a consistent and effective solution for.i hope you can understand that coil whine is still an issue on AMD and Nvidia’s most recent products,and coil whine should be considered as a margin of error not "faulty",because it's not affect the performance.
Usually the noise is caused by heavy load of the graphics card which is annoying but it does nothing to the performance.
Anyway, Change the power status of the card, probably, would help to reduce the noise;
1. Swap a more power or other brand PSU for the card, bad PSU will cause this problem.
2. Try to overclock or underclock a bit of the core or memory clock, or over/under the voltage or the power limit with MSI Afterburner, if you know to do it.
3. Change the game setting might help, like turn on or off v-sync and anti-alias.
However, if above attempts still not help, and the noise is still too loud to stand, you'd better to contact your retailer for replacement option.
