This easy bhindi fry is quick to make and delicious to eat. This sabzi is not at all oily and tastes great with rotis, puris, dal chawal/rice or parathas. This quick fix, bhindi fry is sure to become a favourite with one and all in the family.

Ingredients:
200 gm bhindi/okra/lady's finger, washed and cut into long pieces
1/2 cup capsicum, cut into long pieces
1 medium potato, cut into long strips
3 to 4 tbsp of oil
1/2 tsp jeera/cumin
1 tsp saunf/fennel
1/2 tsp haldi/turmeric
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp dhania jeera powder (coriander cumin powder)
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp kasuri methi, crushed (dried fenugreek leaves)
3 to 4 cloves of garlic, crushed and chopped (optional)
salt to taste
2 tbsp besan/chickpea flour
