Ingredients:

1 box heavy cream (200 ml)

4 tbsp black cocoa powder (adjust to taste)

1 can sweetened condensed milk (395 g)

1 liter whole milk (cold)

4 tbsp sugar (add more if needed)

1 tbsp neutral stabilizer (or 1.5 g CMC)

1 tsp vanilla extract

A drop of black gel food coloring (optional)

10 g melted white chocolate (per popsicle bag, for decoration)

Yield: about 11 popsicles (130 ml each)

🍓 Ninho Milk Popsicle with Strawberry Brigadeiro

Strawberry Filling:

1 box heavy cream (200 ml)

1 packet strawberry-flavored drink or dessert mix

A few drops pink or red food coloring (optional)

1 can sweetened condensed milk (395 g)

1 tbsp margarine

Base:

1 liter whole milk

1 can sweetened condensed milk (395 g)

100 ml whipped cream OR 200 g heavy cream

5 heaping tbsp powdered Ninho milk

1 tbsp neutral stabilizer
