I accidentally gave Megan Thee Stallion a VMA — and had no idea it was even happening.

This is one of my favorite red carpet stories from the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards. I was hosting the pre-show, live on-air, in the chaos of the red carpet — and out of nowhere, I’m suddenly face-to-face with Megan Thee Stallion and being handed a Moon Person to present to her.
