I took the iconic Greggs Sausage roll and SUPERSIZED it in a gourmet style for this challenge. I really enjoyed making this sausage roll challenge and I hope you all enjoy it too! I did have to make it in two halves because I have a normal sized oven at home, so please lets overlook that :)
