"EXPOSED: CDA's Environment Wing Accused of Destroying Shakarparian National Park

A shocking scandal has emerged in Islamabad, where the Environment Wing of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has been accused of contributing to the degradation of Shakarparian National Park.

According to reports, the Director Urban of the Environment Wing has issued a verbal No Objection Certificate (NOC) to contractors, allowing them to dump debris in the jungle. This blatant disregard for environmental regulations has led to the destruction of biodiversity and water channels in the park.

Furthermore, the CDA staff's actions are in direct contravention of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 13, 14, 15, and 16, which focus on environmental protection and conservation.
