This morning I wanted to share a bit of my simple morning routine, it's only a few minutes of tidying myself up for the day, but it makes a huge difference for me, a small but meaningful accomplishment that starts my day out on a better note. Not everyone gains much from having a morning routine, but for me it helps start things off peacefully. I recommend Dr. Dray on YouTube for very helpful advice on skincare if you cannot meet with a specialist in person!

That's it, super simple, but it's really helped me as well as stress management and eating a well rounded diet.

My favorite oil perfume’s are Delina (a floral feminine smell), Saltwater (Fresh and bright), Fairytale (softly fruity and floral) and Archangel (very fruity with a tinge of musk)
