In this video we will be focusing on the intention of developing resilience in stressful situations, while improving your response to stress, balancing the nervous system, cortisol levels and releasing the need to control.
Just sit back and relax and allow your body to release tension and move into rest and healing mode. During this session we will help the body and mind let go of old stories and old battles, so that we can choose easier paths instead of the more difficult paths. This session may help with finding motivation in difficult situations.
