The End of GoPro in 2025?

After years of being a loyal GoPro fan, it’s time to say goodbye. In this video, I share my love-hate relationship with GoPro and explain why I can no longer recommend their cameras. While the image quality, performance, and software are incredible, issues like poor customer support and lack of repair options have pushed this brand to its limits for me.

From my first GoPro at age 11 to the recent GoPro Max, this brand has been a huge part of my filmmaking journey. But sadly, the GoPro Max hasn’t seen an update in 6 years, and a simple scratch has rendered my camera unusable, with no real solutions from GoPro. Meanwhile, brands like Insta360 are innovating faster than ever, leaving GoPro behind.
