You may think that going with the listing agent will give you an advantage but there are many things the listing agent cannot do for you if they represent both sides.

Yes, it’s pretty tough and competitive out there right now and you have made a few if not more offers and you keep on getting the “sorry but we accepted another offer” updates from your agents.

Buying a house in todays market where the demand for homes is so high, can be tough and sometimes frustrating. I know the Oregon Real Estate market has been tough for some time now and have experienced many of those same updates from the other side.
