Every Rolex Tells a Story – Lara Gut Behrami

Swiss alpine ski champion Lara Gut-Behrami appeared on the international alpine skiing scene at the age of 16 and has since risen to become one of the sport’s top talents. In 2008, she became the youngest skier to win a World Cup Super-G race. The 2015–2016 season marked a high point in her career with two Crystal Globes, including her first overall World Cup title. Despite overcoming a previous injury and a great deal of pressure, Gut kicked off the next season with a commanding giant slalom victory at Sölden. Her Rolex watch is reminder of that victory and, more importantly, the valuable lesson she learned that day.
