In this video, we’ll explore two more endpoints of the Forms API: how to post a response to a form, and how to delete a response to a form. (WARNING: The Forms API is not documented and is therefore at risk of being changed by Microsoft without notice!)

Posting a form automatically could be used to test out a business critical flow that is triggered by a response to that form, to ensure it is still working every day.

If you’re copying the relevant form response data out to SharePoint, then you likely don’t want to keep the extra copy of that data over in the Forms data store too, so we can delete the form as soon as the actions of the SharePoint connector have run successfully. Having the data stored in only one place makes it easier to manage the retention of that data in line with good governance.
