Ascent time: 2:06:06 (moving time 1:51:48)
Descent time: 0:59:12

Course record (on Strava) is 1h45m, my PR is 1h50m so I wanted to better it. Started out at 9:30AM though, which was way too late for such a hot day (33C). Had to take a break at the monastery (640m ASL) to refill my water bottles and cool down a bit, so no CR today but definitely possible.

First time running with poles, makes you a little bit faster on the uphills for sure.
