The 14th hole on the North Course at Quinta do Lago is a short but tricky par 3 that encapsulates the overall feel of golf at Quinta do Lago. Lined by mature umbrella pines, the tee shot is played to a large green that lies slightly below the level of the tee. Well protected by bunkers short and left, it’s all about finding the correct portion of the putting surface here because, courtesy of a £10 million renovation project carried out in 2014, the North Course boasts some of the purest and quickest greens in the Algarve.
