Renal Cell Carcinoma - RCC || Ultrasound || CT || Case 197

Clinical Features:
A 60 years old female patient came with
Hematuria.
Right loin pain.

Ultrasound Features:
An irregular heterogeneously hypoechoic mass arising from the right renal lower polar parenchyma & displacing the adjacent normal renal vasculature.
Color Doppler shows both central & peripheral vascularity.

Remember:
In case of renal mass, the urine RME findings may help differentiate between malignancy & abscess.
