Underwater footage shot with a mini-HD 'key fob' video camera. Enclosed in a water-tight container, the assembly was attached to the top of a 1/96 scale SEAWOLF r/c submarine model. Here, its operating at the recent Carmel Indiana, Veterans Memorial Reflecting pool along with other scale and 'toy' r/c model boats.

Don't be alarmed as the model submarines periscope is bent by surface boats -- the sponsoring club, the Indianapolis Admirals, were giving local kids control of several models, so I went in knowing that I was likely to get run over a few times. The periscope is made from bendable aluminum tube with a white-metal scope-head -- two material that can be easily bent back once bent through collision with boat bottoms.

Much good fun was had by all, and my appreciation goes out to Dave Hampton and his crew for organizing this two-day event. Most enjoyable.
