Ice in the Air Fire in the Spirit District Level Refresher Course Continues at Kupwara

Kupwara Under the patronage of the Worthy Director Youth Services and Sports JK Ms Anuradha Gupta the District Level Refresher Course continued successfully on its second day in Kupwara despite harsh winter conditions prevailing in the region.

Defying the biting cold a total of 78 Physical Education personnel along with 7 resource persons participated in the programme with commendable enthusiasm discipline and commitment reflecting their dedication to professional growth and excellence.

Day two of the refresher course featured insightful theoretical sessions combined with practical demonstrations aimed at upgrading skills refreshing professional knowledge and strengthening the grassroots framework of physical education and sports. Resource persons laid special emphasis on modern training methodologies safety protocols and innovative approaches to sports education.

Officials associated with the programme appreciated the punctuality active involvement and high morale of the participants who remained fully engaged throughout the sessions despite extreme weather conditions. The course is being conducted as per the departmental activity calendar and is proving to be a vital platform for capacity building.
