I was going super slow (video always looks faster than actual speed), I was not looking AT the phone just holding it up, stopped recording at approaching traffic, and the road was very wide. Now that you feel safer, grab a coffee and enjoy the drive!! The Moki Dugway, a spectacular switchback road in south eastern Utah that takes you up almost 2,000 feet to the top of the magnificent bluffs of Cedar Mesa.  Insane views at every bend, surface is packed unpaved, and the road was wide and felt much safer than it might look.
