1973 Yom Kippur War: The Air Battle Of Ofira | DCS Reenactment

Today we run our version of the 1973 Air Battle Of Ofira during the 1973 Yom Kippur war. Egypt launched an air raid consisting of 20 x Mig-17 and 8 x Mig-21 against Ofira air base in the Sinia desert. Just two Israeli F-4E Phantoms defeated the raid and shot down 7 of the migs.
