Standard Combat chill stream, join a power play leader, pop to the star system for your powerplay and sign up to the CG. Then go to the star systems surrounding HIP 87621 marked with a blue target, some will have Medium Level Powerplay Combat zones, go to one of these, if your power is not represented then attack a power which is against your power, so if you are Imperial then attack the Federation, Alliance, or Independent power, once you strike the first blow all of the ships on that side will turn red as they become your enemy. You will learn that they are the right target if you get a message after each kill showing merits awarded. Keep on killing them and after an hour or so, or with a relog they will show as progress in the CG. If you dont want to do combat, then you could try core mining, just be sure that the star system not your faction. If you want top 75% for double rewards then aim high as this will be a popular one, at least get into the Top 50% if committing early.
