In this webinar, David La Magna, stellar Ecology teacher at Northport High School, shares how you can support local wildlife and contribute to citizen science during the colder months.

🌿 About the Speakers

David LaMagna is an Ecology and Science teacher with over 20 years of experience at Northport High School. He developed the Long Island Native Ecology & Plant Science course to help students learn and practice restoration ecology from their very own school campus. David created BLING ( Biodiversity of Long Island Native Gardens): a Citizen Science Project on iNaturalist, and he has recorded thousands of observations throughout the years.
