AI Presidents make a Pokemon TCG Sword and Shield Era Set Tier List

Today Donald Trump, Joe Biden and Obama are talking Pokemon cards, and ranking the Pokemon Sword and Shield era TCG sets!
I tried to edit this so that it would make sense to non-Pokémon TCG collectors/players, so hopefully you aren’t too lost if you aren’t from the community!

1 - I only play the TCG casually so my knowledge on competitive is slightly limited.
2 - I'm also Australian, so same goes for my knowledge on American politics.
3 - These aren’t my personal rankings! They are purely fictional rankings I created for the meme. (My own tier list looks slightly different and is a bit more biased to my favourite gens, Pokémon, trainers, artworks, etc. Tried to remain as neutral as possible for this vid, except for Brilliant Stars coz that’s no cap S-tier and you can’t convince me otherwise)
