Hardware Road is a radio show with the focus is on presenting electronic dance music artists, who perform, produce and make music with hardware; drum machines, synths, modular synths to anything else can be found in a techno studio big or small! Asinine draws on 90’s techno to create music that is innovative and expressive. Asinine has always focused on hardware live sets, expressing himself through a collection of cohesive musical ideas rather than a playlist of short attention-grabbing tracks. His live performances move with intention through groovy and uplifting funk techno, to moments that are relentlessly harsh and minimal. His influences of Detroit techno, acid, and dub come through clearly, fitting into his distinctly raw yet deliberate sound.

I am your host Mr. Rachele. I am a live hardware techno improvisational artist. Pure techno with a hint of tec-funk. 1990s Euro-techno meal served with lashings of futuristic textures and rhythms. Hardware Road is a passion of mine, and I am a huge advocate for local live electronic artists and its community.
