Part Two

Today we entered through Mira Mesa exiting off of the 805 fwy onto Mira Mesa blvd. and driving through Sorrento Valley.

I like to call this area the "Golden Pocket". I call it this as it sits smack dab in between the 15, 56, and 805 freeways and other major roadways which makes it accessible for commute especially if you're going to work in the Tech or Bio-Medical spaces.

Mira Mesa is also home to some of the largest Asian populations, a bonus for me since it's my favorite cuisine. It's a great community for young entrepreneurs, keeping them close to work, and desirable for starter families and generational ones as well.

Condos we've seen in this area, specifically the Arbor Ridge range from $468,000-$615,000 and apartments vary depending on the location, ranging from $2200-$5000 (estimate).
