After two years of the Jammu and Kashmir bifurcation, the BJP leaders met J&K leaders in an all-party meeting to discuss various key issues with regard to the development of the UT. The future course of action of the parties and leaders involved was discussed at length. The prime minister, accompanied by Union Home Minister Amit Shah, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, and Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha, discussed the delimitation process with eight parties, and National Conference, the PDP, and BJP, in Delhi at the BJP headquarters.
