Artist Biography: Hailing from Eugene, Oregon, Audiophobia is a 4-piece metal outfit that has managed to make waves on the West Coast with their sinister message and cult-like demeanor. The band prides itself on its love for the abstract, mildly insane and the number 11. The band name (meaning fear of music) attempts to explain how the unity of fans behind a cause in large enough numbers can strike fear into the hearts of those who oppose them. It is a mindset and message that infecting their fans. Although the band members are mostly high school students, their sound has matured and their image has come together in a way that will make them a force to be reckoned with in the coming years. The band is focused, driven and is evolving into its own entity that is catching on quickly in their home state and beyond. Their debut EP "E1even:E1even" has built a following strong enough that they can properly prepare for a high energy full length in 2013. They are spreading their phobia like a virus and as they do so, the band will create a fan base in their own image..
