I teach martial arts, and if I'm not teaching martial arts, I need to be coming up with new martial arts techniques, doing some martial arts history research, figuring out new teaching techniques, kid psychology, those kind of things. That's how I need to be spending my time. Before White Shark Media, I was donating tons of time trying to figure out the labyrinth of Google AdWords, and it just wasn't working. When White Shark came along, they took over the AdWords science and really made that work. So when people searched for our industry in our area, South Miami, "South Miami Martial Arts" would come up, and so they would call, and that made a huge difference.

What I like most about working with White Shark Media is the personal relationship. They're part of the team and they want to know what's going on here, they want to know what they can promote. They'll call asking about what ages we take and what programs we offer just to double-check their ad placement, the wording in their ads, and also back-to-school specials and summer camp ideas, the things I frankly would have never thought of.

Since starting to work with White Shark Media, our business has increased, I'd say, anywhere from 15 to 25%. This is significant. Google AdWords helps our business succeed by being our out-in-the-field sales team. I can teach the classes, our other students can go out and tell friends, and we could get references, but you need a little bit more than that. You need some cold calling, so to speak, and so AdWords is there when our clients get online and actually look for us, and there we are. And then the phone rings, and everybody is happy.
