Winter Melon is used to reduce swelling and treat kidney weakness, hypertension, snakebites and mercury poisoning. It works for people who are trying to lose some weight too! Whilst Kombu is well-known for reducing blood cholesterol and hypertension. Iodine is critical component of thyroid hormones. It is also important in brain development and is substantial for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
