In this video I open the Our Generation Doll April. She is a Regular Doll and costs around NZ$35. She stands out from other OG Dolls as her brown clothing choices are so ordinary which is weird in a doll line that mostly had girls dressed in vibrant colours. I love her old world feel. She makes me think of my Grandpa.

I also open the accessory packs for the mini hippy doll set and the cinema acessory and food doll pack. I adore both of these but I think I love the food the most.

What I enjoy about the Our Generation accessory packs is that they are useable across a broad range of larger dolls. I have seen a few of the accessory packs used for SD13 BJD dolls. For example, in this video, I could easily use the rainbow over the shoulder bag and the hair ties for my BJDs. The food makes great doll props for photos.

Our Generation is the affordable American Girls. I get asked a lot of I think Our Generation is comparable to American Girl but i'll always be honest and address the question, in this video, before it is asked. American Girl quality is far superior. However, Our Generation is not to be sniffed at, its much cheaper costs and wider availability in several countries makes it a great 18' doll brand.
