A glimpse behind the curtain of PAIN TRAIN

Sometimes Tuesday night can feel like a bit of a circus. Rushing home to walk the dogs, cook dinner and then get ready to ride at Olympic Park. In todays Vlog I take you behind the scene to show you everything from getting into my cycling kit to riding in Pain train. The most important think I wanted to showcase in this video was how fun the cycling community is here in Sydney and all the shenanigans we get up to. Enjoy :)
