Chicken & Veg Traybake:
10 chicken thighs
1kg sweet potato
2 medium aubergine
240g chickpeas (1 can)
25ml olive oil

Chicken & Mushroom Risotto:
500g risotto rice
600g chicken breast
1 veg stock pot
200g mushroom
75g parmesan
15ml olive oil

Beef & Chorizo Pasta Bake:
500g macaroni
500g beef mince (5%)
750g passata
100g chorizo
100g cheddar
