Gandalfed - Small Angry Slaphead - MER900 and HT16FXF

The first guy was nice enough, bar the dodgy driving, but the second angry little guy, LOL! This is a new Gandalf location, and was the start of the Met Police being much less willing to prosecute this sort of driving. FWIW I'm also bald, so I feel quite fine with calling that guy a slaphead haha.
