Welcome to this 8-minute nervous system release session.
This somatic routine is designed to help your body safely release stored stress, frustration, and anger through controlled, grounding movement. These exercises work with the nervous system rather than against it, allowing pent-up energy to move out without suppression or force.

Anger and stress are not problems - they are signals stored in the body when action, expression, or safety wasn’t available at the time. These movements help discharge that energy in a way your nervous system understands, helping you feel clearer, steadier, and more grounded afterward.

In this session, you’ll move through two simple somatic exercises designed to release tension from the arms, chest, shoulders, and core - common areas where stress and anger accumulate. Each movement sends strong physical feedback to the nervous system, helping it complete stress responses and return to balance.



What’s inside:
1. Downward Punches - A controlled, grounding movement that helps release built-up anger, frustration, and excess adrenaline through the arms and core while reinforcing a sense of strength and containment.

2. Chest Pounds - A rhythmic, regulating movement that stimulates the vagus nerve through the chest, helping discharge emotional pressure, soften inner tension, and restore a sense of safety in the body.



You don’t need to be calm, regulated, or experienced to do this session. These exercises are designed for moments when emotions feel heavy, the body feels charged, or anger feels stuck with nowhere to go. Move at your own pace and let the body lead - intensity is not required for release.
