We have heard terms like 'Isometric View', but perhaps didn't realize what exactly the rules were for drawing an isometric view. There are many acceptable styles of Pictorial view that can be used on a technical drawing and Isometric is one of them.

Technical Drawings must be read, interpreted and understood the same way by everyone so that parts can be manufactured anywhere and function.
Whether we are creating a drawing or reading one, we must be able to interpret the object by its shape, and know how to design it so that the manufactured sizes are understood and clear.
