Third Eye Meditation / Hypnosis | Travel Through the Pyramid Portal

This session builds on my third eye meditations levels 1 to 3 and helps you deepen your third abilities and then travel to a different level of consciousness through a pyramid portal. In this, I guide you to use the breath as activation of the third eye. More detailed info after time stamps 👇

We begin with my guidance to help you build energy in the third eye space, then detach from external references by first giving them full attention rather than struggling to ignore them, then actively detaching and redirecting attention to the breath. This is a technique called fractionation in hypnosis which allows you to go deeper into alpha, then theta state every time you return your attention to the breath.

I then guide you to visualize a circular breathing technique where the breath enters through your right temple, located to the right and slightly above your right eye, and exits through your left temple. This circular breath ends up self-maintaining itself and building up even greater energy. As we go through chakra activation, each one channels energy into your third eye space.

Two beams of light emerge from each side of your temple and meet at your third eye space and extend to the ground, forming a prism, or a pyramid.

This prism fills with the energy of your third eye and through the holographic colours you see a triangular tunnel emerge. While remaining still and seated you become aware of travelling. Notice what you perceive as 3D rules of time-space no longer apply.
